Shipping Policy
PayU, transactions are issued on the same day that they are made by the client, a verification gets sent to the bank to authorize the charge and check the funds, as soon as it's approved by the financial institution, the charge is made, and the order gets placed on our website. It takes up to 1-4 business days to deliver the product.
The delivery of orders will be made through Servientrega, where the customer will receive proof of shipment and a tracking number.
Return & Exchange Policy
If you wish to return a product, you must make the claim within the next 30 business days after receiving the order, contact servientrega and they will pick up the product, we will review it and, depending on the status of the product, the money will be refunded or a replacement will be made. of this, depending on what the client prefers, the process can take from 7 to 15 business days.
